Unless a product is damaged or broken, we do not accept returns. We are regretfully not able to offer return shipping at this time. Please contact us with any questions about returning a product.
*We regret that expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO address at this time.

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at jbeautystudio@gmail.com We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.
Please note, orders over $300 require a signature confirmation at delivery.
If you believe your package is missing we will start a trace with FedEx and take the required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at jbeautystudio@gmail.com.
We will arrange for FedEx to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another product of equal value.
If you would like to return a gift, please contact us at jbeautystudio@gmail.com for return instructions. Refunds may be issued in the form of site credit.
We always suggest subscribing to our emails to ensure you are getting first-access to new products, promotions, and news. Limited Edition products should be clearly marked. In general, when these go out of stock, it’s for good.
Yes! We include up free samples with every order, unless you opt not to receive them. We will only ship samples with a purchase and due to the limited nature of free samples, we are unable to re-ship them if they arrive damaged or are missing.
We have hand selected the samples that are given with each product with the intention of making your routine even better! At this time, samples can’t be switched out.
If you haven’t signed up for our emails – please do! We will let you know about latest launches, news and offers. While we may not offer discounts often, our kits and gift sets are a great way to receive multiple products at a value.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle, Afterpay, Discover, Paypal, and Visa- and American Express-branded pre-paid gift cards. If using a pre-paid gift card, please ensure there are sufficient funds before attempting to place an order. At this time, we do not accept multiple forms of payment on a single order.
To purchase a gift card, please add the item in the desired denomination to your shopping bag. Gift card codes will be emailed to the purchaser after the transaction is completed. You may choose to print or forward the gift card confirmation email to the recipient. Please note, Afterpay can not be used to purchase a gift card or on orders containing gift cards.
