We are excited that our community is getting safer. Out of an abundance of caution, we will thus continue to follow safety guidelines by requiring masks to be worn inside our studio. And given the close proximity of our services; proof of vaccination required.

Thank you for choosing Jasmine Skin Care for your beauty needs. Please read the following precautions and requirements carefully so we’re all able to do our part to reopen safely for guests and staff.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

If you are feeling sick or have been in contact with anyone who is sick, you MUST reschedule. We cooperate with State and local health officials and only in the event of an emergency will we share your information for the purposed of contact tracing.

Filling out our intake form and a COVID-19 liability waiver is mandatory to receive ALL services and must be completed prior to your visit. These are emailed in your booking confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment when the intake form and COVID-19 liability waiver are incomplete.

OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We hope that you love your experience here and do everything we can to ensure it. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. You have 24 hours to contact us to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date unless agreed upon by management. It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.

DEPOSITS

All appointments require a $25 deposit that is non-refundable if client no-shows. We accept deposits through all our digital and credit card processing.

NO-SHOW/NO-CALL

If an appointment is no-showed you will be forfeit your $25 deposit and serviced based on our discretion. Please be advised if you no-show on a re-do appointment we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge. 

If you cancel your appointment last minute and wish to reschedule, it will be at our discretion and a new non-refundable deposit will have to be made.

Please keep in mind we are a very small business and a missed or late appointment affects us greatly.

LATE

Please be courteous and be on time as we only see a fixed amount of clients per day and so please plan accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. We understand things happen, if so, please call ASAP. Thank you.

SERVICE POLICY

All services are non-refundable. We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service, if one is needed, free of charge. There is no refund on packages, however they may be gifted to another client. Treatments and packages are non-refundable. Each person is responsible to disclose any health issues, retinoid/AHA/skin bleaching creams, etc. use or allergy prior to receiving a service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS


Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services. Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions.

For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:


  • Cancer

  • Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure

  • Swollen or painful lymph nodes

  • Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis

  • New injury of any kind
• Open sores

  • Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes

  • Blood Disorder and Disease  

Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed. Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.  

Please arrive wearing no additional fragrance. 

RETURN POLICY

We cannot accept product returns on any retail products. If a product causes an allergic response, is damaged or has a defect, please let us know within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace it with another product, however all sales are final and only store credit issued.

MINIMUM 12 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY 


In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 12 - 48 hours prior to the appointment.  

This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are cancelled less than12 hours prior may result in a $25 fee. The fee will be deducted from your deposit we used to secure your reservation.

NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS OR CHILDREN  

Due to Covid-19 safety precautions, we are only seeing only allowing one client at a time on premises. Minors must have written consent of parent for service and must be over 15 years old.  

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays or personal events. We are open Tuesday - Saturday and also take evening + Monday appointments by request. Sundays we are closed.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a firm cancellation policy and appreciate as much notice as possible 12 hour notice or a charge will be applied to your credit card. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of the cancellation policy.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Please note that gift certificates may not be used for products. Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Jasmine Skin Care + Lash Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  

NON DISCRIMINATION POLICY

We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and do not discriminate for any reason.

COVID-19 SAFETY (FOR MORE INFORMATION, CLICK HERE)  

At this time, we are only accepting vaccinated clients for facials due to the proximity between the esthetician and the client. All other services, the client MUST wear an appropriate mask. We also pre-screen clients prior to appointments and ask that we allow a temperature check at the door. We ask that you remove your shoes at the door and encourage you to bring a clean pair of socks to your appointment if you are uncomfortable going barefoot. We also ask that you sanitize your hands prior to entry. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  

PERSONAL BELONGINGS


Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Jasmine Skin Care is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
