How to use

Apply morning and evening after serum has fully absorbed. Use a generous amount on compromised skin — this is not a product to use sparingly when the barrier needs repair. Follow with SPF 50 in the morning. Safe to use alongside all Face Reality treatment products.

What is the difference between the three ceramides in this formula?

Using all three together more closely replicates the skin's natural barrier composition than any single ceramide can. Think of it as replacing exactly what was lost rather than substituting with something similar.

Can I use this if I have oily or acne-prone skin?

Yes — the gel-cream texture is specifically designed to deliver intensive barrier repair without the heavy feel of traditional barrier creams. The squalane and jojoba esters are non-comedogenic, and linoleic acid is actually beneficial for acne-prone skin whose barrier is often deficient in it. This is one of the few barrier repair products I'm comfortable recommending to oily and acne-prone clients without reservation.

How do I know if my skin barrier is damaged?

The clearest signs are: stinging or burning from products that never bothered you before, persistent redness that doesn't resolve, skin that feels tight and uncomfortable after cleansing no matter what you use, sudden sensitivity to products you've used for months, and dehydration that doesn't respond to moisturizer. How long does it take to see results?
