Lira Clinical · REGEN Line

Lira Clinical REGEN PDRN+ Serum — the first serum powered by PDRN + Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM + Copper Tripeptide-1 to support skin structure, visible firmness, hydration, and recovery through multi-pathway skin conditioning technology.

What it does for your skin

REGEN PDRN+ Serum delivers clinical brightening through a three-pillar technology system working simultaneously beneath the surface. PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) — derived from wild salmon DNA — signals skin repair pathways to improve circulation, support structural renewal, and accelerate visible recovery. Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM (conditioned media) provides the growth factors and proteins produced by salmon stem cells to reinforce skin communication and resilience. Copper Tripeptide-1 stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis while calming inflammation, making it one of the few actives that both firms and soothes at the same time. Together, these actives address hydration, circulation, firmness, and recovery in a single lightweight serum step.

Key benefits

  • PDRN supports skin structure renewal and accelerates visible recovery at the cellular level
  • Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM delivers growth factors that reinforce skin resilience and communication
  • Copper Tripeptide-1 stimulates collagen and elastin while simultaneously calming reactive skin
  • Multi-pathway approach addresses hydration, circulation, and firmness simultaneously
  • Lightweight serum texture absorbs quickly — compatible with layering over actives or under moisturizer
  • Clinical brightening achieved through improving circulation and structural support, not bleaching agents
  • Supports skin recovery between professional facial treatments

Best for

All skin types working on visible firmness loss, dullness, uneven tone, or skin that is slow to recover between treatments. Particularly well suited for mature skin in its 40s and beyond where circulation decline and structural thinning are the root cause of dullness. Also excellent for post-procedure support and as a performance booster within an acne or rosacea recovery protocol where barrier reinforcement is a priority.

How to use

After cleansing and toning, apply 2–3 drops to the entire face and neck. Press gently into skin — do not rub. Allow to absorb fully before layering your moisturizer or SPF. Can be used morning and evening. If combining with active exfoliants, apply the serum first on clean skin, then follow with your acid step or use on alternating evenings. Always follow with SPF 50 every morning.

Jasmine's note

"PDRN is one of the most clinically backed regenerative ingredients in professional aesthetics — it has been used in wound healing and post-procedure recovery research for decades, but it is only recently making its way into at-home formulations at meaningful concentrations. What I find compelling about this serum is the combination of PDRN with Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM and Copper Tripeptide-1. Each of these works through a different mechanism, which means you are not stacking redundant actives — you are actually covering multiple pathways at once. For clients in their 40s and beyond who feel like their skin stopped responding to standard serums, this is the kind of formulation worth trying. It addresses the structural and circulatory reasons skin looks dull and deflated, not just surface texture."

Key ingredients

  • PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) — derived from wild salmon DNA; activates purinergic receptors to stimulate tissue repair, improve circulation, and support structural renewal; one of the most research-backed regenerative actives in clinical aesthetics
  • Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM (Conditioned Media) — the bioactive secretome of salmon stem cells, including growth factors and proteins that reinforce skin communication and resilience without introducing live cells
  • Copper Tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) — a copper-bound tripeptide that stimulates collagen and elastin production while reducing inflammation; simultaneously firms and calms reactive or sensitized skin

Frequently asked questions

What is PDRN and why does it matter?

PDRN stands for Polydeoxyribonucleotide, a purified fragment of DNA derived from wild salmon. It works by activating purinergic receptors in skin cells, which triggers a cascade of repair and regeneration responses — improved circulation, structural renewal, and accelerated recovery. It has been studied extensively in wound healing and post-procedure recovery contexts. In skincare, it is one of the few ingredients that addresses the underlying causes of skin aging — not just the surface appearance.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The formula is designed for clinical-level performance without aggressive exfoliation or high-dose retinoids. Copper Tripeptide-1 has anti-inflammatory properties that make this appropriate for sensitized skin. If you have a known salmon allergy, consult with your esthetician before use.

Can I use this with my current acid or retinoid routine?

Yes. Apply this serum first on clean skin, allow it to absorb, then follow with your exfoliant or retinoid step. Alternatively, use this serum on nights when you are not using actives to give skin dedicated recovery support on off-nights.

How is this different from a standard peptide serum?

Most peptide serums use a single peptide mechanism — typically a signaling or carrier peptide targeting collagen production. REGEN PDRN+ Serum uses three separate technologies through three different biological pathways: PDRN for cellular repair and circulation, Wild Salmon Stem Cell-CM for growth factor support, and Copper Tripeptide-1 for collagen stimulation and inflammation reduction. The multi-pathway approach is what separates it from standard peptide formulations.

How long before I see results?

Structural and circulation-based improvements take consistent use over 6–8 weeks to become visible. Hydration improvements are often noticeable within the first week. Results are cumulative — the longer you use it, the more pronounced the visible improvement in firmness, tone, and luminosity.
