Why every Lira Clinical product works differently

Every Lira Clinical formula is built around three pillars: PEPTIDES that signal skin to produce collagen and renew itself, PLANT STEM CELLS & PROBIOTICS balance the skin microbiome for resilient, healthy skin. These three elements work together in every product — which is why results compound over time and why Lira Clinical products perform best when used as a system.

Lira Clinical BIO Lift Creme with PSC — six-peptide firming moisturizer with plant stem cell technology

Size: 1 oz.

What it does for your skin

One of the most advanced firming moisturizers available at retail. The BIO Lift Creme combines six clinically studied peptides with four plant stem cell extracts — Swiss Apple, Alpine Rose, Edelweiss, and Sea Fennel — alongside ectoin, glycosaminoglycans, and tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate to lift, firm, hydrate, and protect skin at a cellular level. Clinically shown to reduce sagging, soften wrinkles, improve firmness and elasticity, and refine jawline contour. Suitable for all skin types.

Key benefits

  • Six distinct peptides target lifting, firming, and wrinkle reduction simultaneously
  • Four plant stem cell extracts (Swiss Apple, Alpine Rose, Edelweiss, Sea Fennel) support cellular longevity
  • Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate — deeply penetrating stable vitamin C brightens and protects
  • Ectoin — rare extremophile-derived molecule that shields skin cells from environmental stress
  • Glycosaminoglycans support skin structure and deep hydration
  • Shea butter, jojoba, and kukui nut oil nourish without heaviness
  • Clinically shown to improve jawline contour and elasticity
  • Suitable for all skin types including sensitive and rosacea-prone

Best for

All skin types — particularly clients in their 30s and above who are starting to notice loss of firmness, softening of the jawline, or deepening fine lines. Also excellent for sensitive and rosacea-prone skin that needs anti-aging results without the irritation of retinol-based products.

How to use

Apply morning and evening after serum has fully absorbed. Use upward lifting motions when applying — press and lift rather than rubbing downward. Follow with SPF in the morning. For best results use consistently for at least 8-12 weeks — peptides and stem cells are cumulative ingredients.

Jasmine's note

“This is my recommendation for clients who are ready to invest in a serious anti-aging moisturizer. The peptide and growth factor blend in this cream is clinical-grade — not just marketing. I've seen real improvement in skin firmness over 8-12 weeks of consistent use.

What I love most is that it works for every skin type — I can recommend it to a sensitive rosacea client and an oily acne client in the same breath, which is rare for a cream at this level of activity.”

Key ingredients

  • Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) — one of the most studied peptides for expression lines; relaxes facial muscle micro-contractions that cause crow's feet and forehead lines — often called "topical Botox" in clinical literature
  • Pentapeptide-48 — stimulates collagen and elastin production; firms and improves skin density over time
  • Acetyl Octapeptide-3 — targets expression wrinkles and works synergistically with Argireline for enhanced line-softening results
  • Trifluoroacetyl Tripeptide-2 — specifically targets loss of firmness and sagging by supporting the skin's structural proteins; addresses the laxity that peptides alone can't fully correct
  • Cyclotetrapeptide-24 Aminocyclohexane Carboxylate — supports skin barrier integrity and boosts the effectiveness of the other peptides
  • Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate (Syn-Ake) — synthetic peptide inspired by temple viper venom; relaxes muscle contractions for smoother, less lined skin
  • Malus Domestica Fruit Cell Culture Extract (Swiss Apple Stem Cells) — from a rare Swiss apple variety known for longevity; protects skin stem cells from aging and UV damage, extending their productive lifespan
  • Leontopodium Alpinum Meristem Cell Culture (Edelweiss Stem Cells) — from one of the most UV-resistant plants on earth; exceptional antioxidant protection and skin resilience support
  • Rhododendron Ferrugineum Leaf Cell Culture Extract (Alpine Rose Stem Cells) — from a high-altitude plant adapted to extreme cold and UV; protects skin's own stem cells and supports regeneration
  • Crithmum Maritimum Callus Culture Filtrate (Sea Fennel Stem Cells) — coastal plant that adapts to salt and wind stress; firms and protects skin exposed to environmental aging
  • Ectoin — amino acid derivative produced by extremophile bacteria living in extreme environments; forms a protective water shell around skin cells shielding them from UV, heat, and pollution damage
  • Glycosaminoglycans — the structural molecules found in the skin's extracellular matrix alongside collagen; support firmness, hydration, and skin structure from the inside out
  • Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (Vitamin C) — the most stable and deeply penetrating form of vitamin C; oil-soluble so it crosses the skin barrier effectively; brightens, protects, and supports collagen production
  • Microglena Reginae — rare freshwater microalgae extract rich in antioxidants and fatty acids that protect and nourish
  • Ectoin — shields skin cells from environmental stressors at a molecular level
  • Dextran — polysaccharide that supports skin healing and maintains structural integrity
  • Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter — deeply nourishing with anti-inflammatory fatty acids; heals and softens without clogging pores
  • Rosa Damascena Extract — rose water with calming and anti-inflammatory properties that soothe sensitive and rosacea-prone skin

Complete your routine

BIO Lift Creme is your firming moisturizer step — build your anti-aging routine around it:

  • Pair with: Lira Clinical PRO Firming Serum underneath for a concentrated peptide + growth factor serum before sealing with the Lift Creme — the most powerful firming combination in the Lira lineup
  • Vitamin C layering: Lira Clinical MYSTIQ Infused C Serum in the morning before the Lift Creme for a layered antioxidant and brightening protocol
  • Weekly masque: Lira Clinical MYSTIQ Lifting Masque once a week — clients who use both the masque and the Lift Creme together see results significantly faster than either alone
  • Eye area: Face Reality Antioxidant Peptide Eye Gel applied to the orbital area before the Lift Creme — the eye area ages first and benefits from its own dedicated peptide treatment
  • Always finish AM with: Lira Clinical Elio SPF Drops Glow or Face Reality powerMineral SPF — stem cells and peptides are undone by daily UV exposure without protection
  • Brightening support: Face Reality GlowTone Corrective Serum in the evening for clients addressing both aging and hyperpigmentation simultaneously

Frequently asked questions

Why does this cream have six peptides instead of just one or two?

Aging is not a single process — it involves muscle micro-contractions forming expression lines, loss of collagen causing structural sagging, degradation of the extracellular matrix reducing elasticity, and oxidative damage accelerating all of the above. Different peptides target different mechanisms. Argireline and Syn-Ake address expression lines. Pentapeptide-48 stimulates collagen. Trifluoroacetyl Tripeptide-2 tackles sagging. Using all six simultaneously means every pathway of visible aging is being addressed at once — which is why the clinical results on firmness, elasticity, and jawline definition are measurable rather than theoretical.

What is epigenetic technology and what does it mean for my skin?

Epigenetics is the science of how environmental factors switch genes on or off without changing the DNA itself. The plant stem cells in this formula — Swiss Apple, Alpine Rose, Edelweiss, and Sea Fennel — work epigenetically to reactivate the genes responsible for skin renewal and resilience that slow down with age. Rather than adding something to the skin from the outside, they signal the skin's own cells to behave more like younger cells. It's one of the most exciting frontiers in anti-aging science and Lira Clinical is one of the few brands incorporating it at this level.

What is ectoin and why is it unusual in a moisturizer?

Ectoin is a natural amino acid derivative produced by extremophile bacteria that survive in conditions — extreme heat, UV, salt — that would destroy normal cells. It works by forming a protective water shell around cells that shields them from environmental damage. Applied topically it protects skin cells from UV radiation, pollution, and heat stress in a way that standard antioxidants can't replicate. It's commonly found in pharmaceutical-grade products and is relatively rare in retail skincare — its presence here is a meaningful indicator of the formula's clinical ambition.

How long before I see results?

Hydration and surface softness are noticeable within days. Meaningful improvement in firmness, fine lines, and elasticity typically takes 8-12 weeks of consistent twice-daily use — peptides and stem cells are cumulative by nature. I tell my clients: take a photo before you start and compare at 12 weeks. The difference is often striking in a way that day-to-day use makes it easy to miss. Patience is the most important ingredient with this type of formula.
